Gathering
Collaboration with
Tal Ariel
Is an ongoing interactive installation. The installation takes place in environments that visitors frequently alternate, and gives them the opportunity to create something and leave their mark within these environments.

the installation was presented in the "Bezeq" compound, as a part of Design Week 2018 in Jerusalem, under the treasury of Tal Gur. a workshop was stationed in said space, in order for people to create masks out of stamps. The audience was invited to create individualized faces and leave them in the exhibition space. In this manner, each day many faces were added to the exhibition, which created a changing human mosaic that was hung on the walls of the exhibition, and shadow the ongoing of the installation.
This mosaic was an alternative audience of sorts, which captures information about the place it takes place, the people who participated and their age, and the amount of people who participated.

during the exhibition, which worked for seven days, we discovered the potential it had to reach many groups of society. We were astounded by the audience's reaction to the stamping process, which was exceptionally simple. The stamps provided the crowd the opportunity to be artists, to be a child amazed by ink on paper, staying inside the lines or breaking them. Imagining faces and discovering the potential in simple shapes. Each face received a thin frame, that turned the face instantly into a mask that joined the crowd in the space.
